Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment):

• If canceled within 12 hours, no fees apply.
• After 12 hours, a cancellation fee of ₹100 will be charged.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:

• If paid online, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after verification.

Replacement for Damaged Products:

• A new product will be sent within 10-12 working days after verification.
• If the product is out of stock, a gift card of equal value will be issued.
